A Win/Loss statement is a report that provides an estimated play (amount of money that is won and loss) for the calendar year based on when a player's reward card is properly inserted into the gaming device during play.
Once your request is received by Oaklawn, it will be processed and sent to the mailing or email address we have on file in your Oaklawn Rewards account. Please allow up to 7 - 10 business days for Oaklawn to process your request. If your request is received by Oaklawn in January-May, processing may take up to two (2) weeks due to the volume of requests. Illegible or incomplete requests may not be processed. It is the responsibiity of the player to ensure we have correct mailing and/or email address on file.
