$25K Prestige & President Tier Drawing

• HOW TO QUALIFY / ELIGIBILITY
  • Oaklawn Rewards Members in all 5 tiers will receive one (1) free entry into the drawing.
  • Guests must be an Oaklawn Rewards Member. Membership is free to anyone 21 or older with valid identification.
  • All invited Elite guests will get 2 free entries into the drawing.
• ENTRIES / DRAWING

  ENTRIES

  • Invited guests will be mailed 1 physical entry ticket. Guests must bring back that entry ticket and drop it into the drawing drum. The drum will be located in the promotions area on the day of the drawing beginning at 3pm.
  • Starting at 3pm until 7:45pm, on the day of the drawing, guests can collect an additional (1) physical entry ticket from the promotions team.
  • Guests may only receive a maximum of (2) physical entry tickets.
    • One from mail, one from day of the drawing.
  • Oaklawn is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. Tickets will not be reissued.

  DRAWING WINNER SELECTION

  • Drawings will be held Saturday, August 22^th beginning at 6pm and ending with the final drawing at 8:00pm.
  • All winning tickets will be put back into the drum at 8pm.
  • Guests may only be drawn once per drawing time.
  • All tickets are eligible to be redrawn for the final drawing at 8pm.
  • The cash prize will have a free play option of equal value to the cash prize.
• DRAWING NO SHOWS
  • All guests MUST be present to win.
  • Guests have 5 minutes to make their way to the promotions area to claim their prize.
  • If a guest no-shows, the promotions team will continue to draw winners until all prizes are given away.
  • No-show tickets will be removed from the drum and be disqualified until the 8pm drawing.
