• ELIGIBILITY
  • All guests must be 18 or older.
  • Guest must have a valid ID.
  • Horseman and others credentialed by the Arkansas State Racing Commission, employees or other agents of Oaklawn and their immediate families are ineligible.
  • Some state IDs are not eligible, must have a bar code or mag stripe and in good condition.
  • Entries cannot be entered manually.
• HOW TO QUALIFY
  • Guests must swipe their valid state ID or driver’s license at any racing promotional kiosk to enter the drawing.
  • Guests will be prompted to follow the onscreen instructions to finalize their entry.
  • Guests must swipe at any racing kiosk on the day of the promotion to activate their entries.
  • Entries must be activated by the start of the 7th race to be eligible for the final drawing.
• ENTRIES
  • On Fridays and Sundays (December 6, 13, 15, 20) guests will receive 2 entries for the drawings.
  • On Saturdays, (December 7, 14, 21) guests will receive 1 entry for the drawings.
  • Guests may enter once per live race day from Friday, December 6 to Saturday, December 21, 2024 (promotion day).
  • Only one swipe on drawing day is necessary.
  • All of the current entries will be placed in the virtual drum.
  • Guest’s entry/entries will only be considered for drawings occurring after time of swipe.
• DRAWING WINNER SELECTION
  • Four names will be drawn after races 1-7 on December 21st. Cash prizes start at $500 and increase to $1500. Names will be drawn from the electronic drum and displayed on select TVs in the racing grandstand.
  • Guests who are drawn must be at the Racing Information Booth within 10 minutes of their name being called.
  • Winning guests will be required to fill out a W-9.
  • Guests may only be drawn once.
• DRAWING NO-SHOWS
  • All guests MUST be present to win.
  • Guests have 10 minutes to make their way to the Racing Information Booth to claim their prize.
  • If we have no shows, we will not call replacements and all unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.
