$25,000 GUARANTEED PROGRESSIVE JACKPOT

• ELIGIBILITY

  Guests must be Oaklawn Rewards Members. Membership is free to anyone 21 or older with valid identification.

• HOW TO QUALIFY
  • All guests who earn 250 points on their Oaklawn Rewards account during the qualifying period 2 full weeks prior to the drawing date (Sunday – Saturday) qualify. (e.g. June 7^th drawing qualifying period is Sunday, May 21 – Saturday, June 3^rd).
  • Qualifying guests will receive an email or postcard using infomation on file in their account.
  • On the day of the drawing, the entry must be activated by the guest by swiping their Oaklawn Rewards card at a promotional kiosk.
  • Guests receive 1 free entry each Wednesday.
  • Entries will not carry over to the next drawing date.
• ENTRIES
  • Guest may activate their entry at any time prior to 6:55pm.
  • No activations will be allowed after 6:55pm.
  • Only one swipe per day is necessary. Only one entry will be activated.
  • All of the activated entries will be placed in the virtual drum.
  • Guest’s entry will only be considered for drawings occurring after time of swipe, on day of swipe.
  • Guests must swipe each Wednesday they wish to participate.
• DRAWING WINNER SELECTION
  • Drawings will be held each Wednesday in June 7,14 21&28. July 5,12,19&26. August 2,9,16&23.
  • Twenty (20) winners will be drawn at 7pm.
  • Physical drawing drum will be filled with 800 plastic pods.
  • Upon check-in each guest will select a numbered token as they arrive.
  • Guests will line up in the order of the numbered token received.
  • Each guest will select one plastic pod from the physical drawing drum.
  • The winners will open the drawing pods in front of the Promotion Representative(s).
  • Each pod will contain a free play dollar amount slip or the Grand Prize slip.
• DRAWING NO SHOWS
  • All guests MUST be present to win.
  • Guests have 5 minutes to make their way to the promotions area to claim their prize.
  • We will not call replacement names for no shows.
• WEEKLY PRIZES
  • One pod will contain a Grand Prize slip for a cash prize matching the current progressive cash amount displayed at the promotions area.
  • An additional 799 pods will contain consolation free play prize slips.
  • Free play is valid for 7 days.
  • Prizes range from $100 - $500 Free Play and 1 pod with CASH grand prize.
• PROGRESSIVE PRIZES
  • The Progressive Grand Prize amount is initially set to $12,000 cash.
  • If the Grand Prize pod is not selected, the prize rolls over to the next drawing date and is increased by $1,000 cash.
  • If the Grand Prize pod is selected, the winner will be awarded the current Progressive Grand Prize cash amount. And the Grand Prize Progressive amount will reset to $12,000 cash for the next drawing date.
• GRAND PRIZE
  • At the discretion of Executive Management, the $25,000 Progressive promotion will terminate at the end of 13 weeks or when the Progressive Grand Prize amount reaches $25,000.
  • If the Progressive Drawing Grand Prize amount reaches $25,000 on week 13. The Available Prizes are modified as follows:
  • Twenty pods will be added to the physical drawing drum.
  • One pod will contain a Grand Prize slip for a cash prize matching the current progressive cash amount of $25,000.
  • An additional 19 pods will contain consolation free play prize slips ranging from $150 - $500 in Free Play.
  • Twenty (20) winners will be drawn at 7pm.
  • Upon check-in each guest will select a numbered token as they arrive.
  • Guests will line up in the order of the numbered token received.
  • Each guest will select one plastic pod from the physical drawing drum.
  • The winners will open the drawing pods in front of the Promotion Representative(s).
  • Each pod will contain a free play dollar amount slip or the Grand Prize slip.
