Once received by Oaklawn, requests will be processed and mailed to you starting close to the end of January 2013. Please allow up to one (1) week for Oaklawn to process your request. If your request is received by Oaklawn in January-May, processing may take up to two (2) weeks due to the volume of requests. Illegible or incomplete requests may not be processed.
