Oaklawn to Have Three Job Fairs In Advance of Season

Oaklawn will have nearly triple its work force by the time its live race meet starts Friday, Jan. 11 and in order to ensure it has enough staff for the 56-day season, there will be three job fairs starting Saturday, Dec. 8. The other two job fairs will be held Friday, Dec. 14 and Saturday, Dec. 15. All three will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. or until all jobs are filled at Oaklawn’s Business Administration office on Golf Links Road. Read More

During a four-day period, Nov. 14 – 17, Oaklawn guests and employees came together to collect more than 5,000 cans of food and other non-perishable food items. Oaklawn to Simulcast Complete Breeders' Cup Event

Oaklawn will offer the complete simulcast of the 2012 Breeders’ Cup World Thoroughbred Championship from Santa Anita Park Friday, Nov. 2 and Saturday, Nov. 3. Gates open at 11 a.m. Friday and 10:45 a.m. Saturday. The Post Parade and Racing Club will be open Saturday only and will offer buffets for $12.95 and $22.95, respectively.
