Each day our chef prepares delightful entrees for your dining pleasure. Vegetables
A variety of our favorite recipes consisting of delicious vegetables, potatoes, or rice dishes.

Salads
Assorted special salads including a selection of green salads, pasta salads and meat salads.

Dessert
Bread pudding with whiskey sauce...our own traditional recipe.

Finish Line Entrees

(One selection per group, please.)

Chicken Salad or Shrimp Salad
Our own special recipe of tender white meat chicken mixed with herbed mayonnaise dressing and a hint of mustard. Served with celery sticks, carrot sticks and seasonal fresh fruit.

Creole Seafood Gumbo
Fresh gulf seafood blended with vegetables and mild Cajun spices in a rich broth. Served with steamed rice and bread.

Petite Filet 6 oz.
A choice cut of beef tenderloin, grilled to perfection. Served with potato and fresh steamed vegetables.

All entrees accompanied by

  • Petite garden salad, coffee, iced tea, and chef's dessert du jour.
  • Alcoholic beverages, soft drinks and juices are an additional charge.
  • Chicken salad plate does not come with a garden salad.
