Group Package Reservation Policies

• $250 non-refundable deposit plus a valid visa or Mastercard number required to confirm reservations.
• 50 % expected package cost due 30 days prior to event.
• Number guarantee due Wednesday of the week preceding event.
• No refunds or exchanges.
• All packages and tickets subject to availability.
• Some packages unavailable on certain days during the season.
• Package prices listed are all per person and include taxes and gratuity.

Picture Your Group a Winner!

If your group wants to step out in style, Oaklawn offers a way -- a unique program that lets groups have a race named in their honor the day you visit Oaklawn. Up to six representatives of your group get to present the winner's trophy, have a souvenir photo taken and have your group's name listed in the daily program.
